Monday Fun: Shapes Play & Pass Rugby

We kick off the week with movement, coordination, and fun! Our Shapes Play sessions encourage little ones to explore shapes, colours, and spatial awareness through playful activities. For older children, Pass Rugby develops teamwork, motor skills, and confidence in a safe, engaging environment — all while having a blast.

Friday Celebration: Bollywood Fridays

We end the week with Bollywood Fridays, a vibrant, culturally rich program that introduces children to music, dance, and stories from Indian culture. Kids gain cultural awareness, express themselves through movement, and enjoy a joyful, inclusive experience that celebrates diversity.

Meet Tahnee, Service Manager

Hello, I’m Tahnee, the Service Manager at Shapes Morayfield. I believe every child deserves to feel valued, respected, and supported as they grow into their full potential.

My philosophy is to foster an inclusive, nurturing, and joyful environment where children can learn through play, build on their unique strengths, and develop a lifelong love of learning.

I lead with Shapes’ core values at heart, showing tenacity in striving for excellence, leading with authenticity, cultivating a culture of care, encouraging fun and creativity, and embracing self-reflection as a pathway for continuous growth.

My vision is for Shapes Morayfield to be a place where children, families, and educators feel safe, supported, and truly at home.

Room Structure

Our Centre is approved as a Long Day Care Centre for a maximum number of 150 children per day licensed to operate six educational playrooms ranging in ages from 6 weeks to 6 years (school age).

Our Fees

Normal fees are payable by the last day of each week that your child attends, for the following week. This ensures that you are at least one week in advance at all times. Our preferred payment method is direct debit, a no cash policy applies. Our daily fee is $159 for children of all ages.

3.5-6 year-old funded kindergarten program: Supporting school readiness with a program designed to meet developmental and educational milestones.
Educational programs for children of all ages: Participation in themed days, cultural events, and celebrations to enrich your child’s learning experience.

The staff are friendly and very caring; they make you feel welcome and part of the Shapes Morayfield family. The centre is beautiful and spacious. It has such a wide range of activities for the children.

My daughter enjoys the bikes, the arts and crafts, as well as the events they celebrate. She has learnt so much while being at Shapes and is shaping up to be a confident little girl, thanks to the staff supporting us.
